You can't see it, but it affects what you see

September 20, 2018

You can't see it. You can't touch it.

It's hard to identify it. It's hard to describe it.

But it's there and it matters. It affects your actions. It influences how you perceive the world.

It's your mindset.

Your mindset is what you believe is possible. Your mindset is how you interpret reality. It's what motivates your actions and how you judge the results.

You can't improve your mindset simply by repeating "positive thoughts" a thousand times. But you can improve it slowly, over time, by questioning your assumptions and by being open to change.

If you're not seeing the results you want to see, maybe you need a mindset upgrade.

Yours,

— Peter

P.S. Improving your mindset is one of the topics we might work on in my coaching program.
