Why do you procrastinate?

If we procrastinate, that's because we don't care enough about our work, right?

I wish it were that easy.

It's possible that our procrastination comes from not caring (enough). After all, it is much easier to take action when we're excited. Caring helps.

But it's possible to procrastinate despite caring very much. For example, we might procrastinate because:

The trick is to know which cause is behind our procrastination. "Caring more" is not always the solution.

We should also keep in mind that there is a fine line between procrastination and taking useful breaks.
