How long can you keep this up?

You’re working too much. Late evenings are the norm. It’s not unusual that you work the weekend, too.

You don’t see your family and friends much anymore. And you definitely don’t have time for hobbies or sports.

Wake up groggy, rush to work, grind through the day, rush home, try to relax (and fail), sleep (but not enough). Repeat.

How long do you think you can keep this up?

One week? Sure. Two weeks? Probably. Three weeks? Ehhh…

If you’re honest with yourself, how many weeks out of the year does this accurately describe your life?

You’ll burn out sooner or later if you keep this up.

So what’s your plan to prevent that from happening?
