A few days ago, I asked:
Let’s say you found your dream work.
It might be removing plastic soup from the world’s oceans, building robots that care for the elderly, or repairing motorbikes. Whatever it is, you’re good at it and you get paid well for it.
How many hours a week would you want to do this work?— “Dream Hours”
The most popular answer was something like, “Ideally, I would work without paying attention to the hours.”
I love it! Productivity over hours worked. Output over input.
So, next question: What’s stopping you from working this way?
Not happy with your work?
