You probably know that you’d feel better if you meditated, but it can be hard to make the time. That’s where the 10% Happier meditation challenge comes in. Here’s how it works:
- It starts January 7
- You meditate for at least 15 of the ensuing 21 days
- You meditate for at least one minute a day
- The 10% Happier app walks you through it with free guided meditations
- I’ll be doing the challenge with you
